St. Valentine's Day is approaching, that's why today's topic on the meeting of the English Club was very romantic - we talked about Dating... Sometimes the ideas were extremely opposite - everyone has one's own experience. However, it was interesting and brought a lot of positive emotions.

February, 9, 2017, after the Japanese Meeting (see "тімірязєвк@ інформує" group on Facebook) we continued the meetings in the English club. The topic was The Bucket Lists. What is there on your bucket list? Do you have any plans for the nearest future? Would you like to share your ideas with the others? We are waiting for you and your smart ideas!

February, 7, 2017, We continue our journey round the USA with our volunteer Matt M. This time iy was Georgia we went to. Georgia - the State situated on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, the State of peaches, peanuts and blueberries, full of sunshine and beauty... You are sure to love it.

On the 6th of February the attendants of the English club for beginners wrote a final test in grammar (the Simple Tenses) and, encouraged by the success, felt ready to go ahead. The next topic is the Continuous Tenses.

Приємною несподіванкою для відвідувачів Клубу вихідного дня в Центрі "Вікно в Америку" (ВОУНБ, вул. Соборна, 70) був похід в планетарій та екскурсія англійською мовою!

Незважаючи на ожеледицю та несприятливу погоду, ми таки відправилися на спільну прогулянку, аби насолодитися спілкуванням та гарно провести час, дізнавшись щось незвичне і разом з тим корисне.

February, 4, 2017. It was a very busy day. The Speaking English Club began, as usual, with short introduction - we have more and more newcomers! (Moderators - Matt M., Dima K.) Then we talked about Space and then - went to a real planetarium!

Some of us, however, came back after the walk and continued the day, enjoying studying English in the Game Club (Leader - Sasha S.).

And, of course, how could we do without a movie? "Insurgent" was our movie for this Saturday.

January, 31, 2017. The last day of the first month of the year brought a lot of joy to everyone who attented the meeting in our English Club. The leader Mat M. prepared an exciting presantation of his native State - Virginia. It was like having a virtual journey to the USA... To be continued.
