A Discussion on 'Frustration' with Matt M.

November 22, 2014. This time the participants of the English Club chose a psychological topic for a discussion “Frustration” as common emotional response to opposition”. In people, internal frustration may arise from challenges in fulfilling personal goals and desires, instinctual drives and needs, or dealing with perceived deficiencies, such as a lack of confidence or fear of social situations.
Attendees discussed a lot on: (1) examples of things that could frustrate them; (2) any particular people and certain kinds of people frustrating a person; (3) any methods of avoiding frustration.
The session ended with a team contest.
