A Workshop "Innovative Teaching and Learning" with Thaddeus McCleary

Do you like to practice and research new teaching methods and to know more about "gamification" of language learning? It can change your teaching style and help be more creative involving active and direct engagement of your students.

Do you like this idea? Then you are invited for a workshop about Innovative Teaching and Learning with one of the best American educators Thaddeus McCleary, English Language Fellow в U.S. Department of State

When: April 13, 2016 @ 5.00 p.m.
Where: Window on America Center, Soborna 73.
Tel.: 56-27-44.

Thaddeus McCleary: "In this meeting we can discuss "gamification" of language learning. This does not only mean using technology, but it includes board games, 'parlor' games, and competitive physical activities.
I'll bring along the board games and examples from the "dogme" language learning movement which encourages the use of student-generated materials.

I'll also try to address how to manage and balance priorities between the traditional book and exam preparation demands and the more engaging interactive possibilities for students. Happy to see everyone who is interested in it".
