8 жовтня 2016 року в Інформаційно-ресурсному центрі «Вікно в Америку» Вінницької ОУНБ ім. К.А. Тімірязєва відбувся Клуб вихідного дня з волонтером Мет М. Учасники дискутували на тему «English in a time of Globalization» та розглядали такі питання: how have you seen the world change because of globalization? What role does English play in this process? what is the best thing about Globalization? What is the worst thing about it? do you think that the level of English in Ukraine is growing? How will this help Ukraine in the future? 

because of globalization, all countries start to look similar to each other. Is this good or bad? 20 years from now, will English still be the most important international language?
