This discussion lists a number of problems with contemporary higher education in Ukraine with acknowledgement of progress already being made and offers the solution of greater accountability. The conclusion warrants further discussion what improvements and changes should be provided in future. The participants present their concerns under three umbrella headings – a quality of instruction, an outcome transparency, and a financial aid.
