Description: According to the law of supply and demand, in order to reduce the long-term supply of a product in the marketplace, you must first reduce demand. In an effort to stop online piracy, the U.S. Congress recently proposed two bills, SOPA and PIPA, which sparked controversy because of their potential impact on internet freedom.
